Platform
Pricing and billing policy
agentcentral pricing is one full seller-data layer. It is billed per connected Amazon seller account, with order tiers measured after each completed billing month.
Subscription unit
One connected Amazon seller account. Additional supported marketplaces under that seller account are included.
Tier metric
Distinct Amazon orders across the seller account and all connected marketplaces for the completed billing month.
Billing source
Raw SP-API orders. They are auditable and marketplace-scoped at ingestion time.
Evaluation cadence
Once per completed billing month. No surprise mid-cycle prorations.
Order tiers
One seller account subscription
Public pricing is not Ads versus Full Suite and not per marketplace. One connected Amazon seller account is one subscription. Every supported marketplace connected under that seller account is included in the subscription and in the monthly order count.

Billable orders
What counts as an order
The v1 billable order definition is COUNT(DISTINCT order_id) from raw SP-API sp_orders_v1, excluding canceled orders and replacement orders, over the completed billing month in the seller-account reporting timezone.
Raw SP-API orders are the billing source of truth because the records are auditable. order_metrics can be used later for reference or reconciliation; it is not the automatic billing source of truth.
- Canceled orders.
- Replacement orders.
- Duplicate rows for the same Amazon order ID.
- Units, line items, shipments, returns, reimbursements, and ad conversions as separate billing events.
Tier changes
Monthly evaluation, no mid-cycle surprise
- Measurement runs per seller account, not per marketplace.
- Upgrades apply on the next billing cycle after one completed month above the tier threshold.
- Downgrades apply after two consecutive completed months below the current tier threshold.
- No surprise mid-cycle prorations.
- Automatic tier changes require final measurement confidence and full-month raw-orders coverage proof.
If coverage proof is incomplete, the measured order count can still be useful for support, but it does not automatically move the subscription tier.
First billing
Trial conversion and provisional Starter
First billing uses seller-account order measurement after SP-API is connected. The initial raw orders backfill remains 30 days so the product has useful order data quickly. That backfill is not enough by itself to prove one completed calendar month for automated billing.
If final measurement is unavailable at trial conversion, agentcentral uses provisional Starter billing and re-evaluates when a completed month can be measured with coverage proof.
Backfills
Standard history is included; extended history is separate
Standard onboarding history is included for the seller account and all supported marketplaces. Extended one-year or manual historical backfills are one-time add-ons unless they are included in a custom or annual agreement.
Heavy modes such as Search Query Performance, Brand Analytics, settlements, FBA inbound detail, and keyword rank data can have tier-based cadence or lookback caps. agentcentral does not market unlimited heavy ingestion on low tiers.
Billing FAQ
Common support questions
Do multiple marketplaces create multiple subscriptions?
No. If the marketplaces are under the same connected Amazon seller account and agentcentral supports them, they roll into the same subscription and the same monthly order count.
What if order volume changes?
The tier is evaluated monthly after the billing month is complete. One completed month above a threshold schedules the higher tier for the next billing cycle. Downgrades require two consecutive completed months below the current threshold.
What happens at trial conversion if a completed month is not proven?
The account starts on provisional Starter billing and is re-evaluated after a completed month can be measured. The initial 30-day orders backfill is useful for product data, but it is not by itself proof of a completed calendar month for automated billing.
Can I dispute the measured order count?
Yes. Send the seller account, billing month, marketplace context, and the order count you expected to support@agentcentral.to. We compare the read-only raw-order measurement and coverage proof before making any billing change.
Are historical backfills included?
Standard onboarding history is included for the seller account and supported marketplaces. Extended one-year or manual historical backfills are quoted as one-time add-ons or handled in custom annual agreements.
Are all data modes unlimited on every tier?
No. All tiers receive the eligible agentcentral data surface where Amazon APIs and marketplace support allow it, but expensive or heavy modes can have tier-based cadence and lookback caps.
What if I have more than one Amazon seller account?
Each connected Amazon seller account is a separate subscription unless a signed Enterprise or agency agreement says otherwise.
Which marketplaces are supported?
Marketplace support is enabled by agentcentral and Amazon API availability. Supported marketplaces under the same seller account are included; unsupported marketplaces are not silently billed as separate products.
