What you pay for
One connected Amazon seller account. All supported marketplaces under that account are included at no extra cost. Each connected marketplace includes its standard Amazon Ads profile; extra Ads account or brand profiles enabled on the same marketplace connection are $19/mo each.
How tiers work
Your tier is based on how many Amazon orders your account processes each month. Monthly plans are reviewed monthly; annual plans are locked for the term and reviewed before renewal.
What counts
Distinct Amazon order IDs only. Cancellations, replacements, and duplicates are excluded.
Order tiers
Pricing by monthly order volume
Your tier is determined by how many distinct Amazon orders your seller account processes in a calendar month. All supported marketplaces under the account count toward one total. Pay monthly, or annually at 10× the monthly price — 2 months free, billed upfront for 12 months.

Scheduled refresh frequency and coverage vary by dataset and plan. Settlements, keyword rankings, search-query data, and Brand Analytics refresh daily, weekly, or every two weeks depending on plan; keyword coverage is capped per refresh. Amazon source lag still applies. Current refresh timestamps are shown in your dashboard.
All supported marketplaces are included on every tier; Enterprise is a custom agreement. Each connected marketplace includes its standard Amazon Ads profile. Extra Ads account or brand profiles enabled on the same marketplace connection are $19/mo each. Add-ons are billed monthly with the subscription, or $190/yr per extra profile on annual plans.
Enterprise is for seller accounts above 20,000 orders per month, or accounts that need annual commitments, agency packaging, or extended historical data. Contact support@agentcentral.to for a quote.
Annual billing
Annual terms — 2 months free
Annual billing is 10× the monthly price — 2 months free — billed upfront for 12 months. Prices per tier are in the table above.
Price lock
Your annual price is fixed for 12 months. No mid-term upgrades, downgrades, prorated true-ups, or retroactive volume charges. Ever.
Renewal re-tier
Your annual price reflects your recent order volume — the higher of your latest completed month and your trailing 3-month average — reviewed at the renewal boundary only. Changes take effect at the start of the new annual term.
Refund window
14-day full refund on the initial annual purchase. Contact support@agentcentral.to within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. After 14 days, cancellation stops renewal; access runs to the end of the paid annual term.
Extended history
Extended historical backfill (up to one year) is included with annual subscriptions at no extra charge.
Switching
- Monthly to annual: The unused portion of the current month is credited and the annual term starts immediately. Requires a verified final order-volume measurement; if still running, subscribe monthly and switch later.
- Annual to monthly: Schedule the change from Billing in your dashboard. Monthly billing starts at the annual renewal boundary, so the full prepaid term and annual price lock remain intact. There is no immediate charge, and you can undo the change before renewal.
Billable orders
What counts as an order
One billable order is one distinct Amazon order ID within a calendar month. Orders are counted in your seller account's reporting timezone.
- Canceled orders.
- Replacement orders.
- Duplicate rows for the same Amazon order ID.
- Units, line items, shipments, returns, reimbursements, and ad conversions.
Tier changes
How and when your tier adjusts
- For monthly plans, tier is reviewed once per month after the billing month closes. No mid-cycle surprises.
- An upgrade applies after one completed month above a threshold.
- A downgrade applies after two consecutive completed months below a threshold. Changes take effect on the next cycle.
- For annual plans, your price is locked for the 12-month term. Your annual price reflects your recent order volume — the higher of your latest completed month and your trailing 3-month average — and changes apply at renewal.
- If a month's data is incomplete, the tier stays where it is until a full month can be measured.
Trial
14-day free trial
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. During the trial, you have access to the full tool surface across all domains.
Your trial ends without a charge unless you subscribe. If you add a payment method during the trial, billing begins on the date shown at checkout. New subscriptions start at Starter ($39/mo), then adjust after the first full calendar month based on actual order volume.
Data history
What history is included
Standard onboarding includes 30 days of Amazon order and data history. Extended historical backfills (up to one year) are available as one-time add-ons or included in annual agreements.
A few data-intensive categories (Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, keyword ranks, settlements) may have tier-dependent refresh frequency or lookback depth.
FAQ
Common questions
Do multiple marketplaces mean multiple subscriptions?
No. If the marketplaces are under the same Amazon seller account, they share one subscription and one order count.
How do tier changes work?
For monthly subscribers: tier is reviewed after each full month. An upgrade applies after one completed month above a threshold; a downgrade applies after two consecutive completed months below a threshold. Changes take effect on the next cycle, never mid-cycle. For annual subscribers: your price is locked for the full 12-month term. Your annual price reflects your recent order volume — the higher of your latest completed month and your trailing 3-month average — and changes apply at renewal, not mid-term.
What happens after the trial?
Your trial ends without a charge unless you subscribe. If you add a payment method during the trial, billing begins on the date shown at checkout. New subscriptions start on Starter pricing ($39/mo); after your first full month, the tier adjusts based on actual order volume.
Can I dispute my order count?
Yes. Email support@agentcentral.to with your seller account and billing month. We review the underlying Amazon order data before making any change.
Is historical data included?
Standard onboarding history (30 days) is included at no extra charge. Extended historical backfills (up to one year) are included with annual subscriptions at no charge. Monthly subscribers can add an extended backfill as a one-time add-on.
Are all tools available on every tier?
Yes. All tiers include the full tool surface.
Do multiple Ads profiles mean multiple keys?
No. One workspace key can read every enabled Ads profile on the account. Pricing is separate: each connected marketplace includes its standard Ads profile, and only extra Ads account or brand profiles on that marketplace connection are $19/mo each.
Is annual billing available?
Yes. Annual billing is 10× the monthly price — 2 months free — with your price locked for 12 months; see the tier table above. Annual checkout requires a verified final order-volume measurement; if that’s still running, you can subscribe monthly and switch to annual later with credit for the unused month.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Monthly to annual is available from the dashboard: the unused portion of the current month is credited and the annual term starts immediately. Annual to monthly is also scheduled from the dashboard for your annual renewal, so the paid term remains intact and there is no immediate charge. You can undo that scheduled change before renewal.
What is the refund policy for annual subscriptions?
Annual subscriptions come with a 14-day full-refund window on the initial purchase. After 14 days, cancellation stops the renewal and access runs to the end of the paid annual term. Contact support@agentcentral.to to request a refund within the window.
What if I have more than one seller account?
Each connected Amazon seller account is a separate subscription unless covered by an Enterprise or agency agreement.
