Terms of Service

Agreement

By using agentcentral (“the Service”), operated by Eulyptica (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

What the Service does

agentcentral gives AI agents programmatic read and write access to your Amazon seller data via MCP servers. We sync data from Amazon’s APIs into a managed data store and expose it through standardized tools.

Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and API keys.
• You must have authorization to connect any Amazon seller account you link to the Service.
• One account per person or organization.

Free trial

New accounts receive a 7-day Full Suite trial with full access. No credit card is required. After the trial ends, you must choose a paid plan to continue using the Service.

Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly: Ads at $29 per month and Full Suite at $79 per month, unless your checkout page shows a different price.
• The pricing page and dashboard checkout describe the current plan features and prices.
• You can cancel anytime through the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• No refunds for partial months.
• We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

Your data

• You own your Amazon seller data. We don’t.
• You grant us permission to store, process, and serve your data solely to operate the Service.
• We do not use your data for training models, analytics, or any purpose beyond operating the Service for your account.

Amazon authorization

When you connect Amazon Ads or Seller Central, you authorize the Service through Amazon’s official OAuth flow. We store the resulting Amazon OAuth tokens encrypted at rest and use them only to sync your Amazon seller data and perform Amazon API writes requested through the Service.

We do not ask for, see, or store your Amazon password. You can revoke Agent Central’s Amazon access from Amazon or request account deletion from Agent Central. Revoking access may stop data syncs, MCP tool access, and Amazon API writes until you reconnect.

Write operations

The Service allows AI agents to make changes to your Amazon account (bid updates, budget changes, keyword management, campaign toggles) via Amazon’s official APIs. All write operations are logged.

You are responsible for the actions your AI agent takes on your Amazon account. We provide the tools; you control the agent. We recommend reviewing your agent’s actions regularly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate Amazon’s Terms of Service or API policies.
• Use the Service to access accounts you don’t own or manage.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.
• Use the Service to harm other sellers or manipulate Amazon’s marketplace.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uptime. Amazon API outages, rate limits, and data delays are outside our control. We are not liable for missed optimizations, stale data, or actions your agent takes based on delayed information.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email with 30 days’ notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
