Run Claude and ChatGPT across your Amazon client accounts.
Agent Central gives an Amazon agency one way to connect Claude, ChatGPT, or another AI assistant to each client’s Seller Central and Amazon Ads data. Every client gets its own workspace with its own Amazon connections and keys, and your team can switch between client workspaces in one dashboard.
We set up the agency and its client workspaces with you, and billing can run on one agency agreement instead of a separate subscription for every client. Book an intro call to scope your clients and marketplaces.

Separate by design
Each client’s data lives in its own workspace, and a key for one client can’t read another client’s data.
A Connector URL per client
Create a key or Connector URL for each client workspace, read-only or with only the changes you allow for that client.
One dashboard
Your team can switch between client workspaces from the dashboard instead of juggling separate logins.
Data coverage
What your assistant can read for each client.
Account data syncs ahead of time, so questions come back quickly instead of waiting on Amazon report queues. Agent Central returns Amazon’s facts, including Amazon’s own suggestions such as suggested bids, and your team and assistant decide what to do with them.
Advertising
Campaigns, search terms, keywords, placements, budgets, TACOS, and DSP performance for each client.
Sales and profit
Sales and traffic, orders, fees, settlements, and profit by product after Amazon fees and ad spend.
Inventory
FBA and AWD inventory, days of cover, inbound shipments, and received versus shipped units.
Catalog
Listings, listing quality, suppressed listings, and catalog changes for each client.
Access model
How an agency gets started.
The agency itself is set up with us rather than self-serve, so workspaces, team access, and billing are right from day one.
1. Book an intro call
We scope your clients, marketplaces, and billing, and agree how your team will work across accounts.
2. We set up your workspaces
We set up your agency with you. Client workspaces can be added by us or by your agency’s owners and admins, and each client’s Seller Central and Amazon Ads accounts connect through Amazon’s own authorization.
3. Create keys per client
Create a key or Connector URL for each client workspace and add it to Claude, ChatGPT, or another MCP client.
4. Work across clients
Switch between client workspaces in the dashboard and ask each client’s questions in the assistant your team already uses.

FAQ
Common questions.
Can an Amazon agency use Claude or ChatGPT across multiple client accounts?+
Yes. Agent Central gives each client its own workspace with its own Amazon connections and keys. Your team can switch between client workspaces in the dashboard and connect Claude, ChatGPT, or another MCP client to each one with that client’s key or Connector URL.
Is each client’s data kept separate?+
Yes. Each client workspace is a separate account with its own data, Amazon connections, and keys. A key only reads the workspace it belongs to.
How is billing handled for agencies?+
Billing can be covered by one agency agreement, or each client account can have its own subscription. Book an intro call and we will scope it with you.

Which marketplaces and ad products are covered?+
Agent Central covers 23 Amazon marketplaces, each added as its own connection, with Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP data plus Stores insights next to Seller Central data.
