Getting Started
Start With The Data Tour
Run the account data tour to see what data is available, what is syncing, and what needs attention.
Your first prompt: run the data tour
You just connected your Amazon data, and your agent now has access to tools across ads, inventory, catalog, finance, and more. That's a lot of surface area. Before you start asking specific questions, spend one prompt to see what's actually there and whether it's ready.
Ask your agent to run the data tour. It comes back with six sections that cover your entire account in one pass.
First it checks whether the data itself is trustworthy: are there missing days in your sales data, or duplicate rows that could throw off totals? Easy to miss if you jump straight to “show me last week's revenue” — you'll get a number back either way. The tour catches that before you start relying on it.
It also shows a freshness snapshot for every data source, so you can see at a glance whether your inventory data is from today or three days ago.
After that comes a business pulse comparing your sales, units, sessions, and ad spend to the prior period, so you can see whether things are trending up or down without asking separately. If you have both ads and inventory connected, you also get a spotlight on your top-selling ASINs with ad spend, TACOS, and return rates alongside revenue, so you're not just seeing the top line.
The deeper sections show your top movers (biggest sales changes over the last two weeks) and cross-domain signals that combine data across tools to catch things you wouldn't see otherwise: ASINs running low on stock while still selling fast, products where ad spend is eating most of the revenue, keyword visibility compared to search volume, and return patterns worth investigating.
Do this first because it sets a shared baseline. You and your agent both know what data is available, what's still syncing, and what might need attention, which makes every conversation after it better.
Try this:
Run the data tour for my account. Tell me if anything looks off, is still syncing, or is worth digging into.
