How is this different from Amazon’s own AI tools?
Amazon’s Ads MCP Server covers advertising only (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, DSP and AMC). Its Selling Partner plugin covers sales, listings, inventory and shipments, in the US only, inside Claude and Amazon Quick. Agent Central covers both sides, plus finance, in one connection across 23 marketplaces, in the AI you already use, and keeps your history. Every write previews first and logs the change.
How fresh is the data?
Your data is synced ahead of time on a cadence we control, and Amazon source lag still applies on top of that. Business Reports are typically 48 to 72 hours behind, and recent ad sales keep rising for up to 14 days as Amazon credits them to earlier clicks. Your dashboard shows the last refresh for each connected marketplace, so you can see exactly what your agents are reading.
Is my Amazon data secure?
Every account’s data is fully isolated from other accounts. Your credentials are encrypted at rest, and we never store your Amazon password. All data travels over encrypted connections. We only look at your account’s data to sync it, serve it back to you, or when support or debugging needs it, and you can revoke our access at any time from your Amazon account settings.
Can agents actually write data back to Amazon?
Yes. Your agent can update bids, change campaign states, create keywords, adjust prices, update inventory quantities, create listings, fulfill orders through MCF, and more. All writes preview before submission and log every change with before and after values. You can scope API keys to disable write tools entirely.
What if my agent makes a bad call?
Every write is logged with before and after values, so you can see exactly what changed. Hard limits prevent extreme bid and budget values. You can also scope API keys to read-only, which disables write tools entirely.

Can I use it without an AI client?
Yes. The same API key works with the read-only REST API for dashboards and reporting backends, and with the CLI for scripts, cron jobs, and CI. Writes from code go through the CLI with the same preview, idempotency, and audit safeguards as your agent.
