Customer Referral Program Terms

Participation

These terms supplement the agentcentral Terms of Service. By choosing to share your customer referral link, you agree to these terms. The program is for eligible paying billing customers with an active referral link. Trial accounts and agency-managed client workspaces do not receive separate links.

Qualifying referrals

• The referred customer must be genuinely new to agentcentral.
• The referral link must be captured before the new customer creates an account.
• The new customer must pay a first invoice with a positive amount. Signup, Amazon connection, trial start, adding a card, and Checkout completion do not qualify by themselves.
• Self-referrals, related accounts under the same billing arrangement, duplicate identities, test or out-of-band payments, and other attempts to manufacture a conversion are not eligible.

Credit amount and timing

After a qualifying payment and eligibility review, the referring and referred customer each receive a fixed account credit equal to the beneficiary's current monthly base-plan price, capped at $199 per side. Credits apply to a future invoice, not the qualifying invoice. They exclude tax, proration, usage, and add-ons, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred.

Refunds and reversals

A refund, dispute, chargeback, fraud finding, or other reversal of the qualifying payment may void an ungranted credit or reverse an unused credit. Ordinary cancellation without a refund does not by itself undo a qualifying paid conversion.

Disclosure when sharing

When recommending agentcentral, tell the recipient that you may receive account credit if they subscribe through your link. Do not claim that a recommendation is independent or uncompensated, and do not condition the credit on a positive review.

Abuse and program changes

We may block a link, withhold or reverse a benefit, or route it for manual review where the program rules, billing records, or fraud signals do not support the credit. We may change or end the program prospectively. Credits already earned remain subject to the payment-reversal and abuse rules above.
